What's up everybody, Chris here. So the biggest challenge we have faced so far with manufacturing in the USA is the operational workflow. Fabric quality, on point. Rich inks, on point. Greater DPI on graphics, on point! More "off the mat" apparel, coming soon! I mean, this is so cool. Creating jobs...great jobs! But... we are moving slow right now and that is unacceptable. We'll never compete with Amazon Prime but we must get faster at cranking these out while maintaining outstanding quality. And we are.
The factory just completely redesigned the entire workflow process. We got more people now sewing your gear, more shifts added (while still respecting employee breaks and personal health). The whole thing got streamlined. So you'll see orders moving much quicker now for those who are waiting. By the way, to those who have been waiting, THANK YOU.
I hate that this is text because you can't feel how I (we, all of us) are so freaking grateful for you. This transition was very scary. Anytime you do a major shift in a business, it's a vulnerability that can take you out... and this was a monster one. Seriously, thank you! What you see is us drilling. We're getting our reps in and I guarantee to you that our game will get razor sharp. For those pushing through this with us, we salute you!
Much love and respect,
