We are BJJ players too and care about the culture so much. You'd be surprised how many BJJ brands don't do Jiu Jitsu.
We give away more product to the fans than any other Jiu Jitsu brand combined! We sponsor more charities than any other Jiu Jitsu brand combined!
We believe in giving back at an extreme level and we do it every single day.
You are the most important part of the BJJ culture, without students of the game there is no game. We will never forget how important you are and will treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. Always.
Our products are tested on the mat long before it drops. Black belts beat down our gear. We drop leading edge designs, and we source our own materials to be the best. If you want the best in No Gi, this is it.
I've trained in this gi about 10 times and I'm happy with it. It doesn't shrink quite as much as some other brands I use regularly. I would definitely purchase another one.
Preface: I was exclusively no-gi for 2 years and have only recently switched to gi. • My Stats: 5'8", 170lbs, 40R Jacket, 32 Waist • Gi Size: A1 (I selected this size in comparison to a Fuji gi I roll with. Overall dimension were similar for both.) • Rank: 3 stripe white belt • Time training: 2 months (with gi) • Fit: Feels great without inhibiting any movement or swallowing me whole. One of my training buds commented that the interior was soft and was easier on their skin. • Look and Style: This is objective, but one of my instructors immediately complimented the gi first time I wore it. This is important as they prefer we wear their school brand gi. • Quality: I have been a fan of Phalanx for years. It is apparent that they sweat the details on all their products. This gi is no exception. Specifics: Stitching is well executed, pants are durable without being too heavy, weight is in the medium range. Great choice if you are looking for something year round. • Care: I currently train 4 to 5 days a week and this gi is part of my weekly rotation. I wash / hang dry and have NOT placed this in the dryer for fear of effecting the fit • Value: You do not have to be a high belt to appreciate this gi. This is an investment I will use for years. This is a true case of getting what you pay for.
Material is fantastic. Fit is great. My go-to gi.
Very light material and fits true to advertised.
