Returns for products purchased on this website are shipped back to Amazon by you and refunded by us. In order to do this we need to set you up with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact us at email@example.com and we'll get the RMA form and shipping label sorted out and help you get the return out the door to Amazon.

THE FINE PRINT:
Once we receive your return we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We do not process exchanges. New merchandise that has not been washed, worn, altered, or soiled that are suitable for resale, may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached, or they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A Phalanx we have a rigorous Quality Control / Quality Assurance protocol with our products and only want to put out the best product for you. However, there are times where a faulty item may slip through the cracks. Because of this all Phalanx products carry a 30 day guarantee against manufacture defects. If you experience a defective issue within this time-frame for orders placed on this website, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
and reference your order number. We may request the return of the defective merchandise for our inspection. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipment of your replacement product once it’s been accepted.
Holiday Return Policy:
We want to make sure the gift you provide someone is exactly what they want. Sometimes a product doesn't fit quite right or maybe a different color would be more desirable. To help with this, any items purchased as gifts that were shipped between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a refund or store credit until January 15 of the following year.
