SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all USA orders with a subtotal (before taxes and shipping) over $129.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 business days, while priority shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days. These are only estimates and may vary based on the final destination. Remember that delivery times are not guaranteed, and carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please factor this into your delivery time expectations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally with the exception to Russia and South Korea. It is very expensive to ship to these two countries, and we can't ask you to pay that large of a shipping cost. Because our shipping is based in the US, the arrival time varies. 

**Please Note** the customer is responsible for taxes and duties upon entering the country. 

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

The international shipping fee is $25.

Domestic Return Policy

Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase unless the product is a final sale item. Returns are free when refunded for store credit. Returns for a refund to the original form of payment will be charged a 15% fee. All returns or exchanges must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed) with tags. Items returned with stains or odors will not be refunded. You can start the return or exchange process here.

International Return Policy

International orders can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase unless the product is a final sale item, however, they can not be exchanged, and the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Any additional duties that were required will not be refunded. Returns for refund to store credit are free. Returns for refund to the original payment method will be charged a 15% fee. All returns must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed) with tags. Items returned with stains or odors will not be refunded. You can start the return or exchange process here.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us with pictures at info@phalanxfc.com and we will work with you on a solution.

Can I buy now and pay later?

Yes, you can do this via ShopPay which is available at checkout.

Can I edit my order?

Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the items in the order, the shipping method, and the delivery address. We recommend reviewing your order thoroughly before you place it.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is not already in progress, we will try to cancel it. However if it is already in progress or has already shipped, it can not be cancelled. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us here (info@phalanxfc.com)

Order Issues

I did not receive an Order  Confirmation Email. How do I know if my order went through?

First be sure to check your spam folder. If you still do not see an order confirmation email, then your order did not go through. You can also double check this by emailing us at info@phalanxfc.com to confirm.

I was charged multiple times. What do I need to do?

If you see multiple charges on your bank statement, this is because the system had trouble capturing payment. Please know the additional charges will be reversed. We only collect payment once. This can take several business days, depending on who you bank with, before the reversed charges are reflected on your statement.If you have any further questions, you can contact us at info@phalanxfc.com and we'll help you out.

Where is my pre-order?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, then your pre-ordered gear has not yet shipped. Estimated shipping dates are available on the pre-order product page.

I have not received my order. Is it lost?

When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as we take no responsibility for missing packages that have been sent to the wrong address. Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at info@phalanxfc.com. If your order is returned to the warehouse due to the address being incorrect, we will ask you to pay the shipping cost required to resend it. If you refuse to pay the shipping cost, we will deduct it from any refunds made.

My order shows it was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

Sometimes the tracking is updated in advance and the package shows up within the next day or two. Also, please be sure to check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to another address by mistake. 

Please note: we do not refund or replace tracked items that show as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Phalanx gear runs true to size. We recommend ordering whatever size you typically wear in everyday clothing. For additional information, you can find size charts on each product page.

Products Care

What is the best way to care for my Phalanx gear?

We recommend machine wash cold with like items and hang dry for optimal care (tumble dry low is okay but we prefer hang drying our gear).

We offer full orders for gyms. You can start the process by filling out your info here, but right now, we aren't built to do one-off designs for individuals.
